Waterkloof Circle of Life Red is Syrah (73%), Merlot (16%), and Petit Verdot (11%) all mixed together and then kept in wooden fermented for another year. A classically styled wine with notes of cassis and cedar.
At 13% Vol this pairs perfectly with roasted or grilled meats, ideally top quality steak. This wine has wonderful character and structure, with a fine tannins. It is very versatile, as it combines the spiciness of the Syrah, the fresh fruits of the Petit Verdot and the juiciness from the Merlot. Also a delightful glass on its own with heavenly flavour.
