- Baileys Original Irish Cream 75ml
- Two Birds Espresso 50ml
- The Lakes Vodka 50ml
- Longley Farm Double Cream 25ml
- Whole Nutmeg
Fill a martini glass with ice and soda water (Optional) and set aside to chill.
Grab your cocktail shaker, fill it with ice and add in 50cl The Lakes Vodka, 50cl Two Birds Espresso, 25ml Longley Farm Double Cream and 75cl Baileys.
Close securely and shake vigorously until it’s all combined, for at least 20 seconds.
Empty out the ice and soda from your glass and shake out any excess water.
Stain mixture into glass making sure that no ice slips out. (Double strain if you want it extra smooth)
Grate some fresh nutmeg over the top for a festive touch and serve.
