This Ginger Preserve With Malt Whisky is made in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients and produced using time honoured, slow boiling, open-pan methods. The preserve is made with large pieces of fiery ginger throughout and a hint of smoky malt whisky making this a very enjoyable preserve. All beautifully presented and packaged with a vintage feel.
Delicious as a topping for porridge, with a handful of nuts or seeds, as it is spread over hot toast. Nor does it end with breakfast, it’s divine in fruit cakes or even, as sauce for pork or chicken.
