Odysea Flame Roasted Red Peppers are sweet Florina pepper which have been flame roasted. They are in brine and a drained weight of 350g.
Ideal for use in salads and pasta dishes as well as a pizza topping or part of a homemade meze platter. The peppers are harvested during August and September when they have turned a brilliant shade of red. They are then flame roasted the same day that they’re picked. Small charred flakes will appear on this product.
