Romanesco is an edible flower from the same family as the cabbage, brussel sprouts and cauliflower. It tastes similar to the latter, but with a nutty edge which gives it a distinct flavour to go with its distinct stunning appearance, that will really allow you to create art on a plate.

Can be served raw, lightly cooked or cooked through. We like ours steamed and drizzled with olive oil.
