Sauce Shop originated in the home kitchen of their founders James and Pam Digva in 2014 after they realised that the sauces they were using weren't doing their food justice. After making small batches of sauces to sell at local farmers markets at the weekend, word spread and their sauces soon got a firm following. Their sauces are still made by hand using nothing artificial, at their site in Nottingham. They don't add sweetners, thickeners or stabilisers and believe strongly that ingredients should only be used if they add real flavour.

At Gates Farm Shop we sell a tasty selection of Mayos, Ketchups, BBQ Sauces and Hot Sauces which are perfect for adding big flavours to some of your favourite foods. They can be used either to slather onto burgers, sandwiches or meats or as dipping sauces for fries, BBQ food and vegetables.
