Snowdonia Beechwood is a mature cheddar which has been naturally smoked over beechwood chips for smoky depth of flavour throughout.
Ideal for enjoying on a charcuterie board or with a variety of other cheeses, but also delicious when cooked into a variety of savoury foods including homemade scones and breads. All finished off in a yellow wax to help keep it fresh and to prevent it drying out so much.
