Patchwork Pâté Duck Liver Pâté with Apricots & Apricot Brandy is an autumn brown and speckled with herbs. All combined with a firm texture with a mostly smooth consistency which is speckled with mature fruit chunks.

Finished off with liqueur to enhance the duck flavour and give a distinctive sweet savoury meat finish. The taste is embellished with apricot and elevated with apricot brandy to make this Pâté a truly divine flavour sensation.
