220g Peter’s Yard Crispbread Sourdough Original are baked without compromise using an authentic Swedish recipe.

Made in small batches with Peter’s Yard signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from high quality natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour, salt, honey and organic fresh milk, creating irresistibly crisp, thin crispbread where, just like sourdough bread, no two pieces are never alike.

Each crispbread was originally made with a hole in the centre so that it could be hung on a pole above the fire. The hole remains today, reminiscent of Swedish tradition.

Share and enjoy them with friends, topped with your favourite cheeses, smoked salmon or pâté.

Peters Yard consists of a sourdough crisp company which comes from small beginnings. Soon they started to gain recognition from top chefs and have also won numerous awards. They additionally produce a variety of crisp breads, most notably are the large ones each with a hole in the centre. This is in order for them to be in keeping with Scandi traditions.

They are made up of delicious, wholesome bread with a crisp, cracker like texture for snapping and sharing. In addition, these have been made with traditional baking methods and slower, more rewarding sourdough techniques.
