Snowdonia Nature’s Nectar is a mature cheddar which is beautifully balanced with irresistibly crunchy figs, sweet honey and rich, fruity dark Caribbean rum.
Ideal for enjoying with a variety of other flavoured cheeses or on a charcuterie board, but also wonderful when baked into breads or homemade scones. All finished off in a pale yellow wax to help keep it fresh and to prevent it drying out so much.
